Each workshop, four in all, will consist of a lecture that will focus on a vital aspect of on-location portraiture followed by a live, hands-on shooting session with models. Workshop #4: Stunning Low Light/Night Portraiture
Learn Scott’s revolutionary way to shoot low light portraiture with great success. Camera technology allows us to shoot in very low light; photographers can use lighting techniques that make it easy to capture beautiful low light portraits. Scott will steer you away from the hesitation of working in the dark and will teach you how to compose and light your subjects in minutes with stunning city lights in the background. Learn how to create your own backlight and how to choose the best backgrounds. Unleash a new creativity by shooting in low light.

The class will meet at Samy’s Camera Pasadena location at 2pm. After a short break, Scott will meet attendees at an off-site location in Pasadena for the hands-on shooting portion of the class. More detailed information will be provided as the class date approaches.
